We’re teaming up with one of the biggest names in sport and performance for our 2026 City to Bay Shakeout Run.

And they’re bringing some toys with them.

Oakley will be bringing down some of their latest Oakley Meta glasses for the crew to test, allowing you to capture your run completely hands-free from your own perspective while enjoying premium Oakley performance eyewear. Expect some very different run content from this one. 😎

As there are only a limited number of Oakley Meta glasses available, we'll be coordinating them throughout the morning so as many runners as possible get the opportunity to experience them. Rather than one pair per person, we'll have a fair rotation system in place to ensure everyone gets a chance while keeping the glasses safe and secure.
